Do you have a size chart?
All of our shirts are currently in unisex sizing. Please be sure to check each items description.

What are care instructions for shirts?
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry medium or hang them up to dry. Do not iron decorations/customization.

Are your shirts true to size?
Our shirts are true to size. Be sure to check the description of each shirt.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much is shipping?
You can view actual shipping information for your order in the checkout.

When will my shirts arrive?
Orders generally take 5-7 business days to fulfill and ship. Products printed on demand generally should arrive within 10 business days. A tracking number will be provided to track each shipment for more accurate shipping schedules. Production times could be longer due to holidays and busy periods. Please also note items may ship separately.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES / DAMAGES

Can I return a shirt?
We offer a 10 business day return policy for orders that are defective or contain errors. For items that are not defective or contain errors, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to recheck sizing and color choices prior to check out. Please submit email requests for returns for defective items to customerservice@theadvocatestees.com within 10 business days from date of purchase. The Advocates reserve the right to not accept a return if the item is past the stated window of acceptance.

Defective items will be eligible for a replacement item. The Advocates will not be responsible for the cost of return of an item nor cost of loss in transit upon return. Please be sure to request tracking information and forward this information to our customer service team to expedite your exchange.

What if I need to make a change to an order after I submit it?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change anything about your order (address, sizes, etc). We will do our best to make any requested changes. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been submitted as we might have already started to fulfill your order.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive an item that is damaged, or if you receive something other than what you ordered, please contact us right away. We'll likely ask for a photo of the item so we can fix the problem from happening again. Please see the returns/exchanges/damages section for information on returning damaged items.
